Questions, answered

How do 3D hologram fans work, and what do I need to provide?+

Our displays use high-density LED blades spinning at high speed to render crisp visuals that appear to float in mid-air. Just email your vector logo (AI, EPS or high-res PNG). We handle the full 3D conversion and send a video preview for your sign-off at least 48 hours before show day.

Are the hologram fans safe in crowded spaces and trade show aisles?+

Yes. Floor and counter units sit inside a shatter-resistant acrylic dome or are mounted on weighted, tip-resistant stands at 6.5 to 7 feet, meeting convention hall and venue safety standards.

Do I have to set up or operate the equipment myself?+

Not at all. We run a 100% white-glove, turnkey model: delivery, placement, rigging, wire concealment and calibration at least 60 minutes before doors open. Depending on your package, we stay on-site or leave you a one-touch controller, then return for teardown.

What are the power and space requirements?+

A standard hologram fan or entrance feature needs less than a 3×3 ft area and a regular 110/120V outlet, using less power than a household TV. Our LED tubes are fully wireless and battery-powered.

How far in advance should I book, and what's your cancellation policy?+

We recommend 2 to 4 weeks ahead so we can secure hardware and design your 3D content. Rush bookings are possible depending on inventory. A 25% to 50% deposit locks your date, and if plans change it can be credited to a new date within 6 to 12 months with reasonable notice.
